Dale is a founding partner of our Firm and an experienced property insurance claims attorney. His commitment to client service is unmatched and he is dedicated to preserving the value and integrity of your property. Having two decades of legal experience, he has built a strong network of relationships with the legal community, insurance adjusters, contractors, and property owners across several states.

Dale originally met his colleagues as a member of a competitive program in law school, called Moot Court, that was ranked #1 in the USA when he was a member. Competing against other law schools, Dale travelled around the USA writing briefs on complex legal issues to be considered by top judges, attorneys, and experts in the field. Beyond the team’s accolades, Dale and his teammates (now colleagues) forged a bond based upon hard work and excellence—that continues to this day.

Dale practices in Florida and Georgia. He is located in Tallahassee, Florida. 

Outside of the firm, Dale loves to golf, watch Florida State football, and spend time with his kids.
